At Bejeweled At Soul, we want you to cherish every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-made jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded box and velvet pouch, ensuring the security seal is intact and all protective packaging is included.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
